The clients for this exciting project were looking to downsize from their current home and wanted to create a modern home completely different from the traditionally styled house they were leaving behind. The solution was a distinctly modern home that carefully balances a bold stuccoed framework that envelops large walls of glass. The design is further enhanced by a meticulous blending of materials including stone and natural wood that gives the finished home complexity and detail within the minimalist design.The interior features an open floor plan, vaulted foyer, floating steel staircase and walls of glass that embrace the meticulously landscaped site and rear yard pool and entertaining areas.
